A Great Time

The layout of this home was perfect for the 4 couples. The privacy of the pool/courtyard area is excellant. The wall of glass in the dining room and living room open totally onto the courtyard bringing outside in and inside out. Daily cleaning service is available. The location is very close to downtown Cabo but a cab is necessary if you are older because of the hills. Check-in and out were a breeze and they even arranged for the van and driver to take us to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!!!

We couldn't ask for anything more! Our group was there on a surf trip / vacation. The location is convienient and felt very safe. We had a group of 15 and brought an extra air mattress just in case and it was very comfortable. Both owners were really helpful when asked for anything. Juan the property manager was also very helpful. There was also cleaning service everyday which was really nice. Basically if any one of us were to come to cabo again, this would be our first option! Just one word of advice, when you first get there have the security show you the way to the house. And memorize the route. It's really not hard but you will make it easier on yourself if you do.

My family and I have been coming to Cabo for many years. From the privacy of having your own pool, to having the luxury of the outdoor bbq and bar, this villa has it all. Villa Luna Nueva is very comfortable, nicely furnished and has an open feeling to it. The villa is in a perfect location, within walking distance to a private beach, which includes the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen and close enough to walk to downtown Cabo.
We have found our oasis, we will definitely be back!

It was better than perfect. Just as every review stated ... photos and descriptions won't do this property justice. Added bonus was the ping pong table (we must have spent half our time on that table!), dish for college football and hoops and the daily maid service!

The Baja, Cabo, Pedregal ... is an amazing place. We had a blast waking up in the am and going for a run looking at the pacific and some amazing properties in Pedregal.

The only bad part ... was leaving .. didn't want to and was planning return trip on the way home. We try and go somewhere different each year for our anniversary ... but I don't know if we can beat this.
