This is a wonderful four year old property that is one block to the beach! Walk to the beach, the lakes, to down town Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. There are two master bedrooms on the top level. Outside deck and screened porch. Very quiet area with semi-private beach access. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full and 1 half bath. The 'Boys Room' consists of 2 bunk beds and it sleeps 4. The 'Girls Room' consists of one full size bunk bed with a twin top so it can sleep 2. The third bedroom has a half bath and has a TV and a Queen bed. The second floor is wide open so the family room and kitchen flow together. The deck and screened in porch are off the family room. Upstairs consists of two master bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other a queen. This house is brand new and for those that want comfort and luxury this is the house for you!

Beach and Lake area: Our property backs up to Silver Lake which is great for the person who loves to fish in your family! The beach is one block from our house and is a wonderful wide and quiet beach. Life guards are on the beach from 10 AM to 5 PM every day.
