One of the last remaining waterfront estate settings, over 800 ft of direct water frontage, a dock and access to the Three bays and Nantucket sound. The property consists of a single home with separate guest house, practice golf fairway and greens, a new tennis court surrounded by an apple orchard and lavender. This peaceful estate setting has water views on three sides, abundant wildlife viewing and great light on over 8 acres. The main house includes living and dining room, library, kitchen, butler's pantry, washer&dryer and half bath on the 1st floor. Upstairs you will find a master Bedroom with king size bed, porch overlooking the water,walk in closet, full bath At the opposite end of the 2nd floor there is a 2nd bedroom with king size bed and great water views looking west.There is a full bath and porch. A 3rd bedroom has a twin and full size bed. The 4th bdrm with 2 twin beds is located in the separate guest house next door.There is a full size deck overlooking the water.
