Attractions: Nauset Beach, E Orleans MA (5 min walk) and other Cape Cod beaches and attractions, 90 minutes to Boston. Construction was completed 8/06. There are 4 floors. The large Master Bedroom has: ocean views, a walk-out deck, air conditioning, a built-in Cal King bed, his & her walk-in closets, a gas log fireplace, his & her bathrooms, with a whirlpool tub in 'her' bath & a shower accessible to both baths. The large 1st floor bedroom has a King bed, a gas log fire place and air conditioning. The laundry-'powder room' has a new 'Duet' Washer & Dryer. The lower deck, off the 1st floor bedroom and the dining room, has a retractable screen. There is a raised living room with air conditioning, TV and a gas log fire place. The 2 second floor bedrooms have window AC units. There is a built-in stereo system throughout. Down stairs is a walk-out den, with a wet bar, TV and a bath room with a shower. The patio has a built-in, natural gas Lynx grill, a Hot Tub & an outdoor shower

Notes: The house is partially 'handicapped accessible.' The first floor is 'handicapped accessible,' except for the living room which is raised by 3 steps and except for the 1 step from the front porch to the 1st floor level There are 3 other levels to the house that are up or down stairs from the 1st floor. There is a ramp to the front porch or deck. There is one step from the front porch to the front hallway and the first floor. The dining room, kitchen, lower deck, 1st floor bedroom, 1st floor bath room, ('handicapped shower') combination laundry and 1/2 bath-powder room are all then accessible. Although the walk-out den and 'wet bar' area and a full shower bath room are downstairs from the 1st floor, this downstairs level is accessible from the driveway that leads from the Beach Road side of the property to the garage, but the rest of the house is not accessible from this downstairs level.

We stayed at this beautiful, modern home in July 2008. Two families- 4 adults, 4 kids. The two big bedrooms have king size beds, and the house even has a finished basement including a computer with internet access!

The kitchen was fully stocked and the kids loved the outdoor shower and screened in deck (electronic). Also, the owner left a large binder of information about Orleans and Cape Cod.

The location was good- a short drive to a bakery/deli, beaches and ice cream shops.

We enjoyed Skaket Beach and the lobster!

Great Orleans family rental

We stayed at this property in July 2008 with 4 adults and 4 children aged 2 - 6. The house was extremely modern, clean, and spacious with ample sleeping rooms and showers. We were especially grateful for the outdoor shower when returning back from the beach. We enjoyed the central location on Cape Cod with a quick walk to Nauset Beach. Nauset Beach was nice but the water was too rough for our children so we did venture out often to the other more child friendly beaches of Cape Cod. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a small market right down the street. The owner was extremely helpful and provided a complete binder full of detailed information about the house and the local area attractions and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property to other renters.
