This is the perfect house for Snowbirds and summer fun seekers. It is a two bedroom house with a caged in private gas heated pool. Amenities include a one car garage, washer/dryer, AC, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 2 cable televisions, Florida room that can be closed for privacy where one person could sleep on the couch, master bedroom with private bath and a queen size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, both bedrooms have large closets, piano, fenced in yard, and much more. The house is one story, making it convenient for those with difficulties on stairs. Linens, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc... Included with this fabulous rental.

The house is located in Venice Gardens, a quiet family community. It is within minutes from Venice's beautiful Gulf beaches and the famous Sharky's fishing pier. Nearby, you will find golfing, tennis, fishing, biking, shopping, etc... It is minutes away from the quaint downtown Venice shopping, restaurants, public library, etc... It is also five minutes from the local hospital and walk in clinic. Eighteen miles from the closest airport located in Sarasota. The Venice Jetty is famous for it's beautiful sunsets over the Gulf and is a great place to watch the boats coming in and out of the harbor. The dolphins can put on a great show as well.

The annual Shark Tooth convention is a must, but if you can't make it then, you will learn quickly how to excavate the shark's teeth from the shores of Venice Beach. Venice is also only a short two hour drive from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

A wonderful home so convenient to everything. Great for dog owners because of the fenced in pet area. The home was very well equiped and the owners were a delight to deal with. We loved it so much we booked it for 2012.
