Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

140 Sluice Run Drive, Hill City, SD 57745

Located on Prospect Mountain on a ridge overlooking the village of Hill City. The decks offer spectacular views of the town and surrounding mountain vistas. Built in 2006, this has become a favorite setting for motorcyclists, Corvette and vintage car owners due to paved roads to the doorstep and a double car garage. Also, a perfect spot for family reunions.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms on each side make this townhome popular for couples traveling together as well as family groups. The front decks off the kitchen and dining areas can be opened for large groups sharing both sides, or locked for privacy. Private hot tub on each side.

Each unit: The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom; the other two bedrooms have a queen bed each. Ample closet space!

Our availability calendar will show dates that at least one of the units is still available. Please call to find out if both units are available for the dates you desire.

Family Reunion Retreat

My family just held their 3rd annual family reunion at this location. What a wonderful spot. The home is great for families and the three bedrooms and baths in botch townhouses give each guest enough privacy. The views are wonderful and the location is near all the major attractions of the Hills. We are definitely reserving this for future reunions.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We have had several groups who hosted family reunions at this location. Other guests have commented that the passage door between the two decks allows them to utilize both kitchens easily when preparing food for their get togethers. Additionally, the doors can be locked on each side when the two units are rented separately.

Had a wonderful experiance will be back next year

We took a family vacation over the 4th of July 2010. We stayed at the gold mill townhouse. We were very impresed with the town house. It was just as they decribed it in the information. We liked that it had 3 bed rooms and that workd great since we had 4 adults and 4 children with us. The children had room to run around the house and we could see the 1880 train from our deck and we even seen a deer from the front deck. We were with in walking distance of downtown Hill City. We have already booked our family vacation for summer of 2011 again at the gold mill. We really liked that you felt like you were at home even though you were'nt. We would recommend this to our family and friends if they are traveling out to the Black Hills. We will definatly be back many more times.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
