Beautiful townhouse with four bedrooms, three bathrooms located at the Cascades at Eagleridge in the heart of the Steamboat Springs Ski area. The townhouse delivers a superior experience of the great town of Steamboat with a touch of elegance. A Spacious open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan with custom finishes throughout. This unit has a total of 2200 square feet, with a two car garage. In the winter you may take the free shuttle service that runs throughout the ski season right from the driveway. Just 3 blocks to the Gondola, you are also within walking distance. The free Steamboat bus system stop is right across the street. In the summer enjoy stream-side and riverside walking trails throughout this area and all that Steamboat has to offer.

Home to the best Colorado ski resort town with friendly people and small town hospitality. Steamboat offers hot springs both in town at the recreation center as well as popular Strawberry Hot Springs in the mountains. Activities abound with snowshoeing, yoga classes, spas, cozy cafes, ice skating, shopping, local western artists, movie and live theatre. Summer provides a beautiful locale for walks or bike rides along the river path, mountain biking and hiking in the mountains, fishing, river rafting and tubing, helicopter rides, mountaintop dining and horseback riding. Several festivals happen in Steamboat including ski competitions, running and cycling races, music and film festivals, as well as rodeo. It is easy to get around with Steamboats free transit service, walk and bike trails. A relaxing vacation destination or action-filled holiday.

Great townhouse. Very well kept and the price is very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again. The shuttle to the ski area is wonderful. They pick you up and drop you off on the door step.

Wonderful, comfortable condo. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for and the "on-call" shuttle service was great! We hadn't been to Steamboat in years and appreciated that the owners were really helpful.

Great unit. Private shuttle service was a major plus. We did not know that until we arrived. Good location. Well kept condo. Over the years I have rented many units and this rates very high and was priced very reasonable. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This is a great unit, well equipped and unbelievably convenient to the ski shuttle. Parking is more than adequate with the garage and the storage area for equipmet is great. We hope to be back soon!

Great Condo. One of the better we have rented. Useful layout with decent furniture. Great location close to hot tub and shuttle service. We greatly appreciated the "personal touch" from the owners (Thanks!).
