2 master bedrooms have ALL NEW Furniture king-sized beds with one of the bedrooms located on the Gulf Coast with direct access to the patio. The third bedroom offers a set of Full Size Bunk Beds. It sleeps 9 guests comfortably including a NEW Queen Sofa Sleeper. All 3 bedrooms have flat-screen LCD TV’s.

NO CARPET, tile and laminate floors! Condo is upgraded and pristine! It has many upgrades that other Calypso condos do not have.

A large Tiki bar is between the two pools for a refreshing drink. A cardio-fitness facility and a secure gated parking garage for your use during your stay.

Kitchen granite counter tops / breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area, tile floors throughout the entire condo, custom cabinets, and appliances. This beautiful, upscale condo includes many other upgrades not found in other Calypso Condos.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and nicely decorated. When we arrived some of the kitchen floor tiles had fresh glue under them, covered with a rug. The adhesive never hardened, so we bought some and glued the tiles down. The tile floors definitely need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would choose this unit again. The location is perfect. It's an easy walk to Pier Park, close to Walmart, and right on the beach.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the location of Calypso. It’s in walking distance of Pier Park. The condo was nice but there are definitely some improvements that need to be done. The master bathroom shower curtain was two liners held together with four rings. It was flimsy and falling apart. The tub stopper also had black mold. Not ideal when you had three kids that would have liked to take baths instead of showers. The dishwasher held water the entire time. It would run but the water would never drain out of it. There was also no oven mitts to be found in the kitchen. We cooked a few times while staying here and had to improvise. The tile in the hallway was also cracked and you could literally hear it cracking each time you walked over it. The patio furniture could use an upgrade too. A table out there would have been nice. Overall we really did enjoy our stay. The majority of stuff I mentioned is cosmetic and I hope gets fixed in the future.
