House, 6 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 14-16)

This large, beautifully landscaped, 4144 square foot home has been completely remodeled within the last 3 years. It backs to United States National Forest Land for a private setting while still being conveniently located in the Zephyr Cove, Nevada community of Roundhill. New furniture and furnishings add to the homes luxurious allure. The home is located in a rustic residential neighborhood at a lower elevation, near Lake Tahoe; making it much easier to get around in the winter. Casinos, restaurants, shopping, and beaches are five minutes away.

The entrance to this home is at ground level, no steps to climb. Once inside, you will find a spacious and well laid out floor plan. The large light and bright living room with a vaulted ceiling and walls of windows also has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace wall. A separate card game table in the room is available for your evening enjoyment. The living room adjoins a brand new huge open kitchen with granite countertops, two sinks, two islands, recess lighting, loads of cabinets, and a large pantry. A spacious dining area then leads to a comfortable family room with leather couches and a 52 inch big screen TV. This level also has two bedrooms - one with a King bed and one with a Queen and a full bathroom in between.

The lower level features three bedrooms plus the Master suite. Bed configuration for these bedrooms is a Queen, a Queen and a twin, and a set of bunkbeds. A tidy, professionally finished laundry room is adjacent to the bunk bedroom. The Master suite has a King bed, a 36 inch TV, and an attached sunroom with a twin bed. The beautifully appointed Master bath contains two sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. This level also has the game room which has a pool table, wet bar, fireplace and a TV to watch your favorite game. The large covered hot tub is on the deck adjacent to the game room. The third full bath is also on this level.

There is parking for 4 cars total - two in the attached garage and two on the brick paver driveway. All bedroom closets are large or walk-in, and have been professionally finished. Included in the home is free high speed internet service, and free local and long distance calls.

A property manager is located nearby for check-in and check-out and can assist if any problems arise with the home. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-outs up to 5:00 PM are available; provided we have no check-ins on the day of your departure. Sorry, no smoking and no pets - strictly enforced.

About The Owner

George and Jane Ulrych have been vacationing in Lake Tahoe for over 25 years. They decided to buy a vacation home there in 2000 after organizing a family reunion and having a difficult time finding a beautiful home to rent there at a reasonable price. Shortly after acquiring the home, they began to rent it out with great success, so much so, that they bought this second larger home, Cheyenne Tahoe a few short years later. Both homes now attract many repeat guests.

Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places in the country. Not only is the lake pristine, the weather is spectacular as Tahoe receives over 300 days a year of sunshine with low humidity. Outdoor activities abound with hiking, cycling, water sports, skiing, snowboarding, golfing etc, etc, etc. Combined with casino gaming and live entertainment, Tahoe becomes an unbeatable vacation spot for everyone in the family.

What makes this house unique

The Cheyenne Tahoe Home is tucked into the rustic development of Round Hill and backs to U.S National Forest Land. Round Hill is located near Highway 50 and sits at a lower elevation close to the Lake. This becomes important in the winter because the higher the elevation, the more snow and driving issues can impact vacation plans. In the summer, the home is a few short minutes from 3 beaches and many other activities and restaurants.

George and Jane take great care in maintaining their vacation homes in Lake Tahoe . Their homes have had the same management/cleaning company for many years and are always well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc to make each guest visit there as comfortable as can be

My family and I just loved this home. Reserving it was so easy and all of my questions were answered.

The home is beautiful and everything is in great shape and there is so much space! We had a great time playing in the snow right outside in the backyard and there's also more play area where we went sledding right outside the gate. The hot tub was great to sit in at night and hang out. They had plenty of pots, pans, they even had a rice cooker! Great kitchen space. It wasn't a hassle to cook for a big group because we could fit almost everyone in the kitchen comfortably! Also very clean.

Overall wonderful place. My family is already telling me to reserve it for next year. The price was also very reasonable. Thanks George for an excellent experience!

Our family had a great time in Tahoe. This rental was spacious enough for our whole family and left room for us all to move around without being in each other's hair. The pool table and hot tub were terrific features that we used to the max. The location is incredible. Just down the street is a Safeway where you can pick up any odds and ends that you may have forgotten when you packed. The only things that we found displeasing was the cleaning service that was used before our arrival. When my husband and I arrived we noticed a sour odor that was coming from the kitchen. After sniffing for a few seconds I recognized the smell and identified it as being from the sour mop that had been used to clean the entire kitchen. The oven and the microwave are located so close to the ground that I had to get down on 1 knee just to see what I was doing, and I am 5'2 so that's saying a lot. Lastly, the perimeter of the rental had quite a bit of trash including packs of cigarettes that were left by other guests. Honestly, these were our only complaints. We truly enjoyed our stay at this house and would recommend it to anyone!

A picture is worth 1000 words but this property was more than what it says in the pictures.
Pictures doesn't do justice to the actual awesomeness of the property!!!!!! LOVED IT.

Location, views from the property, amenities everything was excellent. Only sad thing is we ( our group) wanted to extend our stay for couple days but should've booked in advance :( our bad :).
The views from the patio was just great.

Everyone of us in our group loved the place and we all felt like our home the moment we checked in.
Not to mention the kids in our group enjoyed making snow man in the backyard while it was snowing.
They dint want to checkout either.

THIS PROPERTY IS GREAT FOR SUMMER AND WINTER :)

Can't wait for summer to go there again!

Beautiful home, great for large groups!

I rented this home for a girls' weekend in Tahoe and could not be more pleased. The property is really well maintained and has all of the amenities your group will need for a wonderful stay in Tahoe. Nicely updated, and well appointed. Plenty of space for large groups to congregate, or spread out and not be on top of each other. If I had to point out a negative, it would be the super bleached rough towels LOL, but that was a very small blip on a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.
