Step out the front door and walk via our arbored walkway to the ocean. 40 yds, one minute of time and you'll be relaxing on our top rated beach. Great Room with oceanside deck, dining area, kitchen with sunset deck overlooking landscaped yard. Master bedroom with queen, private bath, ocean view deck, bedroom with two twin beds (two additional twin mattresses provided) and private bath. 1163 square feet. Covered parking for two cars, private laundry room, enclosed outside shower, free wireless internet. Non-smoking. Georgetown Sands amenities include community pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day,) tennis courts, and private beach access.

We cannot thank you enough tor all the things great and small you did to make our first official family vacation nothing short of perfect. From the prompt emails and reminders before our stay to the gift bag awaiting us upon our arrival to the cozy, charming home you shared, we are incredibly grateful for it all. And to top it all off, you are so close to the beach. Ideal for a young family.

This rental is very homey, the best stocked kitchen I have ever rented. Everything is so clean and nice, short walk to the beach or town...we love it here!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
