My daughter and I stayed for 8 nights . A relative joined us for 4 nights. We were very comfortable with the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed in living area,along with 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen had everything needed for a short or long tern stay such as condiments,spices and every dish or utensil one might need. Free wifi and telephone access to North America is provided.

A warn welcome was provided by the manager along with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine.She left written information about places to eat etc. and there were several guidebooks on hand as well.
Building is secure and parking is provided if needed . The condo is half a block away from the airport shuttle to a nearby hotel.

Everything in the downtown area is accessible by foot so one can walk to most places.
The description provided is accurate. The condo was immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend to condo to my friends or use myself in future.

Kims Restaurant on Johnson was a highlight for food as well as the Red Fish ,Blue Fish truck by the wharf.

My wife and I along with another couple sent a few days at the Monaco. What a great experiece. The place was super clean and very well maintained. It's location, just a few steps from Goverment Street, was from our perspective about the best to stay in Victoria. I would recommend this property to everyone and we will be back.

We enjoyed a week in this wonderful unit that met all our needs. It was walking distance to all the wonderful shops and the Bay centre. Nancy Martin met us, and went over all the security information needed for access to the unit and parking. This is an up to date unit, and has a patio with barbecue off the den/office. So much better than a hotel, and everytime we returned to the condo, we felt at home. We would consider, in a heart beat, returning to this fabulous accommadation. Thank You!!

We found these accommodations to be in tip top shape upon our arrival. Our interaction with the landlord was exceedingly smooth and found her to be extremely generous. Not only did she expedite the keys to us ahead of time to another city, she left us a lovely bottle of wine upon our arrival.

Although there were only two of us the accommodation would have slept six comfortably as the condo is well provisioned with sleeping and bathroom space. The kitchen was fully equipped, which thrilled my A-one cook of a girlfriend to no end, so an experienced culinary artist would have no problem putting on dinner for a group of 4-6. The apartment is also equipped with an up-to-date entertainment centre that is more than adequate; however, if you spend you time watching TV in this place you've missed the point.

We had a couple of special requests for our weekend stay that the landlord fulfilled without ado and to much appreciation.

The building is ideally located on the northern edge of the downtown core and on the edge of Chinatown. Just central enough that all of Victoria's hub is within walking distance of no more than 30 mins (including: Beacon Hill Park; Empress Hotel; Provincial Museum; Legislative Grounds; Inner Harbour). An array of restaurants and watering holes are a mere stones throw and we found that we had no use for a car.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Monaco which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed being in the heart of Victoria--easy walks to great restaurants, shops, the Harbour, Museum, famed Empress Hotel and the Legislative building--a water taxi will whisk you from the harbour to within a couple of blocks of home ( or on a couple of great harbour tours). Although a Heritage site, the high quality unit is very clean and contemporary with two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who can resist the fine restaurants nearby. We'd highly recommend the Monaco
