This elegant retreat is just 15/20 minutes away from downtown Charleston and area beaches. The home is located in Hanahan, which is nestled between Summerville, Goose Creek and North Charleston and only 5 minutes from each city. The “Lord’s House” is beautifully and tastefully decorated and offers a peaceful environment. It's a place of rest, relaxation, restoration and refuge. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the home. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs and newly furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is adorned by a three tiered tray ceiling above the bed. The master bedroom bathroom has a garden tub, a double sink vanity and an enclosed water closet. The second bedroom is large and includes an alcove sitting area, which has flat panel TV on the wall. A second upstairs bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms. Downstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops and a breakfast nook and table four.

My family and I stayed in the home in late March, 2009. It is a beautiful, wonderful home. Very "home-like" setting. All the ammenities are available in the home and very-well taken care of! Great neighborhood also! Easy access to local stores and highways! There are alligators that bask in the sunlight at the ponds around the neighborhood but had no problems with them. My husband took some great pictures of the "locals"--alligators! Great home and am looking forward to going back in August, 2009!

A group of friends and I rented “The Lord's House" for the weekend of May 1st-May 3rd for our first annual girlfriends’ getaway. The property looked exactly as it was advertized online; it was clean, well-maintained, and more than enough space to accommodate six people comfortably. Our trip was a success thanks to the property being such a hit. It was a great feeling of being on vacation with friends while still having the feel of being at home. Thanks a lot Tandra for all your hospitality, can’t wait to rent the property again.

i can't not say enough good things about this house. outstanding. great locations. close to stores, food, resturants, etc. great water park near by. i could just go on and on. the house is spotless and very beautiful decor. would stay they again and again. not one complain.

Beautifully appointed home with all the conveniences of home - washer/dryer, hairdryers, common kitchen appliances, and comfortable beds. Within a half hour of historic Charleston and the beaches. Restaurants, mall, and Walmart are close-by. Much better then a hotel room and very cost effective if traveling with a family or multiple couples.
