Located 12 miles south of the San Diego border crossing in San Antonio Del Mar, in a guard-gated community just 5 miles north of Rosarito Beach. Community pools and tennis courts on-site with golf just across the road at Real del Mar. Property features include large kitchen/dining room, living room with big-screen TV and DVD, gas fireplace entertainment room with pool table and bar, private front and back patios, and a roof top patio for sunset watching.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.2 Miles

Located just across from Real del Mar, a great place to golf or have a spa treatment and something to eat as well as within 5 miles of Rosarito Beach. Young or our age, you'll love the variety of activities nearby. On-site are pools, tennis courts, and watching the sunset from the deck. Rosarito Beach has shopping for most anything in the way of food, furniture, and fun. Wine country is not far away in Guadalupe Valley and neither is Ensenda with it's 1,000's of shops wine bars, cafes, and fishing trips. On your way down the coast stop at Calafia for drinks and a view, KM 42 for surfing, and La Fonda for food, song, and a great ocean view.

This house is perfect for a vacation rental. The owners have it very clean with fully stocked kitchen and the furnishings are very classy and comfortable. The price is a steal for all that the house has. great location in this very safe secure neighborhood with 24 hr. security and guarded gates at both entrances. Charming accomadations. Close proximenty to downtown Rosarito for tourist time.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
