Description of the Tamworth vacation house rental
Charming ranch-style house with farmer’s porch with modern amenities in Chocorua Ski & Beach, a private vacation community. First floor has a large living room that sleeps two in front of a wood stove. Kitchen/dining area seats 8. New family room with 3 walls of windows overlooking yard has a gas-fired wood stove and seats 6, sleeps 1 and comes with a TV/DVD player. First bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full-sized bathroom across the hallway. Lower level has a bedroom with a full-size bed (options available) and a full bar and counter area with additional sleeping/family room area. Enjoy a private beach/pond area with Chocorua Mountain views. Beach has a roped area for children. Dock and floating rafts provide lake fun. Beach comes complete with benches, picnic tables and barbecue grills. This country ranch is located in a private community easily accessed off of Route 16 in Tamworth – 12 miles south of Conway.

This charming ranch is only minutes from North Conway and Lake Winnipesaukee. Tamworth is home to many attractions including the Barnstormers Theatre, Remick Country Doctor Museum and the White Mountain National Forest. Miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, four wheeling, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. Minutes from ski areas including King Pine, Cranmore, Attitash, Black and Wild Cat, Loon, Bretton Woods and Gunstock. Minutes from trail head for Mt. Chocorua, Passaconaway and Whiteface. Close to Kancamangus highway. Only 20 minutes from Cathedral and Whitehorse ledges. Great outlet shopping in North Conway and attractions such as StoryLand, Saco River, Alpine slide, Conway Scenic Railroad, Fryeburg Fair, Sandwich Fair, Mount Washington auto road and cog railway. Only 30 mins. to Laconia and the Weirs.
