Walk to Russian River. 5 minutes to charming downtown Guerneville, Johnson's beach and majestic Armstrong Woods State Park. Nearby canoe rental. 30 minutes to ocean. Easy driving distance to many wonderful Sonoma County wineries, including historic Korbel champagne cellars. Close to many restaurants, from charming and funky to high class and elegant.

River and Redwoods: We are in Guerneville, CA, on the Russian River, surrounded by beautiful majestic redwoods. Swim, kayak, canoe, fish in the river, or relax on the beach. Hike and picnic in the redwoods. Shops and groceries in Guerneville. PeeWee golf and tennis court just down the road. Public golf course only 10 minutes away.

Wine Country: Sonoma County is a wine country destination. Many wineries nearby with on site wine tasting. World class restaurants with great chefs and first class wine lists throughout the county, many within a 30 minute drive.

Hello Everyone,

I'm giving my review of this location as the same title of review. The listing is exactly what it is.....
Me and my friends loved it and its hard to find a place thats simple, easy, not noisy, not busy, and very secluded if your trying to have a peaceful getaway.
UMMMM,,,the only thing i would say that would be that if you forget your glasses to watch tv,,,,you might have to sit closer.....lol
Maybed a bigger TV in the future,,,,
