3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10 with the 2 sleeper sofas.

Margaritaville offers a Heated Pool along with a screened porch, with seating for six plus the bar. The pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in the cooler months as long as guests put the cover on when not in use. The porch overlooks the wonderfully landscaped tropical backyard. The inside has been decorated with tropical colors and a beachy theme. The beautiful beach is approx. a 4 minute walk. Enjoy the North end of Clearwater Beach in this residential area. This is a licensed weekly rental with the City of Clearwater.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning fee $125 plus 12% tax. You are required to make a $500 reservation deposit when booking a property. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We also offer a $45 damage waiver fee. This $45 fee protects you in case of any unintentional damages up to $1500, that may occur while you are renting the property. We also recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance for your trip as rental payments are non-refundable.

Property was great

The home is very clean and welcoming. Dana (owner) was very helpful and accomodating. We were in Florida for my daughters beach wedding. We had a small reception at the home and it was beautiful. The swimming pool was great and the neighborhood very nice. I would definately recommend this property or any of Dana's properties.

Longing for Clearwater beach!!!

We loved the beach!

The house, the location of the house, and pool were all great. We loved the screened in porch. The only complaints we heard from any one in our group was regarding the comfort of a couple of the beds. We were generally so tired by the evening that this didn't really cause much of a problem. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We try to offer a variety of bedding ranging from soft to firmer mattresses in our vacation rentals in hopes of meeting all our guests requirements in bedding and comfort.

What a great home for a vacation!

This is the second home I have rented from this owner and I am not sure which one I liked better, both are wonderful! If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained home that will accommodate your family or friends you cannot go wrong. What a relaxing place with lots of fun memories! Beach, pool, eat, more beach, pool, eat...what more can you want! Can't wait for our next visit!

Hi Dana Lynn , it has been such a treat
to stay at your house . Your house has by far exceeded my expectations .
I was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay .
I'm glad the weather held out for us .
The children love the place , one of the first things they
said was " can we come back next year for two weeks "
My mother really enjoyed herself also .
My sister and her husband had so much fun .
I'm glad that everyone else is happy .
Thank you again .
I'm sure we will be contacting you again in the future .
