The Frisco River House on Main Street is one of the most unusual and beautiful properties available to rent in Summit County, Colorado. A perfect location for small weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and group vacations! The home has eight master bedrooms, each with individual decor, privacy, bath, and lovely views. Frisco is located in the heart of Summit County. Minutes to five local ski areas (and a quick trip on the free shuttle that stops within half a block of this house) and is the home of Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon. The Home sits on the edge of Ten Mile Creek, a lovely river that runs year-round and can be heard from most of the windows in the home. This home also offers a private hot tub, views of Mount Royal, a large fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room to accommodate over 24 people for a sit down dinner, two additional great rooms, and a location on Main Street in Frisco that allows a quick comfortable walk to fine and casual dining.

The home is located at 51 West Main Street in Frisco, Colorado. Frisco is at the center of Summit County skiing and home to Frisco Marina, a summer of festivals and concerts, and definitely the best restaurants and shopping in the area. There is a free county-wide shuttle stop within 50 yards of the front door and you can even walk to fine dining or a great burger within a couple of blocks. The Ten Mile Creek (aka Frisco River) rushes through the back yard and the sounds can be heard throughout the home in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

The home has three separate great room spaces. On the first floor, there is a large seating area with two leather couches and two large chairs around a large fireplace and TV, equipped with DVD and VCR. Additional seating options in the room allow for a family gathering or a casual corporate meeting space. The dining room accommodates 22 for a sit down dinner with four tables that can be rearranged according to your needs. Upstairs, there is a large area with a 32' TV with a couch and chairs for a casual night at the movies. There are TVs with DVD and VCR in every bedroom. The three gathering areas, and the hot tub deck, are served by built-in speakers connected to the stereo in the living room.

To get here, head west on I-70 from Denver, take the second Frisco exit and turn left toward Frisco. Go one block past the traffic light, turn left into the driveway between two cedar lamp posts. If you see the Post Office on your left, you just passed our home. We have plenty of paved, on-site parking.

Family Reunion at the Frisco River House

The Frisco River House was more than we thought it would be...you just can't get the feel for how spacious this place is until you are in it. We had a family ski reunion there with 22 people and it was super comfortable. The ski storage room with places to dry your boots and gloves was invaluable and much appreciated. There was ample room for everyone to sit and move about. The kitchen was well supplied with all the gadgets and set up nicely for feeding many people with plenty of room for seating. It was easy to find and in a great location. The owner was available for phone calls and answered all our questions and never seemed bothered. We have a child in a wheelchair and there was even a handicapped accessible room with a shower for him to use. A fantastic property that we hope to use again!

The Frisco River House was Awesome!! Everyone was very happy with it. We had a full house with 13 adults and 13 kids (mostly teens), yet there was plenty of room for everyone! The location is perfectly central to all our favorite ski destinations. The rooms are nice and big, and it was great having an area for the adults
and an seperate area for the teens. Excellent dining accomodations, too.
We were very impressed with how well stocked it was! Enough dishes and
silverware to go around without worrying about running out!

We sure enjoyed our stay, and the owner was easily accessible and helpful with any questions we had.

Best vacation accomodations ever, and we are planning on renting again next year!!

Our stay at your home was perfect. Everyone had their own space and we never felt crowded. The refrigerator would not cool but you had it repaired very timely. The dryer went out on the last day but worked fine during our stay. Hope to plan another visit soon. We ski with large groups yearly and this has been the best accomadations yet!. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Your home was the perfect place for our group of 16. The kitchen, dining area, great room and hot tub were all p;erfect and the place was clean and comfortable. When the hot tub broke, your service people were on the job and fixed it quickly. Your location is perfect for all the ski areas as well.
