Large, fabulously appointed multi-million dollar home in the private, gated North Bethany community of Breakwater Beach. Home is steps from your own private beach. The house features breathtaking bay and ocean views. The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 6 expansive decks and a spacious 'tower room/den' as a special get-away area for the kids or adults. The house sleeps 14 with 2 kings, 1 queen, 6 twins and a queen sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor. The house has a screened porch, four TVs, DVD and VCR players, and stereo. The house is 4 houses from the beach and has a deck off almost every bedroom and living area. The house is ideal for large family gatherings or multiple families vacationing together. There are 3 master bedrooms with their own private baths. Two additional twin rooms are connected to hallway bathrooms. These hallway bathrooms can be turned into private baths for the twin rooms by locking the hallway doors.

I have rented beach houses for the past 30 years, up and down the shore from New Jersey to Florida. We had 13 in our group and this place was simply wonderful as it is very spacious with all the comfort of home. In addition it offers a private beach and is convenient to recreation, stores and restaurants. This is such a great place to enjoy all that Bethany has to offer. We had a blast and this home will be first on our list when we return to Bethany.

I have rented many houses in the Outer Banks for our family Thanksgiving. This is the first time I have rented in Bethany. I couldn't have sought or found a house more perfectly suited to our needs.This house is wonderfully spacious, airy, clean and well appointed.The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets to go around.The kitchen was well stocked with all the normal kitchen amenities (coffee pot; toaster; blender; etc.) and all matching cutlery and dishes. We all had a very relaxing Thanksgiving and we made many happy memories for all of us. It was very close to the beach and the weather was perfect.We will definitely be back again next year.
