Located on Paugus Bay in Laconia. Clean. Newly renovated Kitchenette, living room, 1 bedroom, small loft bed, 1 bathroom, large deck with chimnea for cozy fires. TV, VCR/DVD, cable. small Refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, electric skillet, blender, all cooking utensils, and dishes. Sheets and towels are not supplied. Air conditioning and heat. Playground. Steps away from 2 private beaches with a swimming platform to dive off of or just relax on, on property. Close to all amenities, New Hampshire International Speedway, minutes away from Weirs Beach and Meadow Brook. Large yard. BBQ grill, patio furniture. Boat Mooring will accommodate up to 26 ft boat. Also have day dock.

Jet ski , boat, and motorcycle rentals., golfing, arcades, or just relax on the private beach or shaded deck, nothing beats the view of sunset on Paugus Bay.

Great retreat!

I stayed here for two weeks this fall (2009) as a base to "leaf peeping" and property search and was really pleased with the location and the accomodations! Jolene has thought about almost every little detail needed to make this small cottage a great retreat! And she's very friendly and easy to work with! The cottage is small but can sleep 4 adults and two or three small children and is just about on the beach itself with a nice yard area and children's playground. It's also close to stores (inc. a Wal Mart) and restaurants with some of the lowest gas prices I saw and with easy highway access to both the mountains and seashore of New Hampshire!

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable and well kept. impressive customer service. I would recommend this to anyone going to the lakes region. We had a great time there. will rent this cottage again!!

The Cottage was excellent, exactly as described. Very Clean! Close to restaurants and attractions. Excellent communication with the owner. Our kids also had a great time. The private beach was wonderfull and Paugus bay is spectacular. Looking forward to next summer already.

my husband and our two small children enjoyed this rental in july 2009. you couldnt ask for a better location, close to shopping, mini golf, the mt washington boat, movies, restaurants and marina. there is a play ground on the property as well as two small private beaches. the cottage its self was very clean, with many updates inside and out. the rental was more than we expected, and we will certaintly be back again! you wont be disappointed!!

Loved the cottage, it was very clean, comfortable , well maintained, and had everything we needed. The owner was very professional and responsive. There were so many things to do in the area and the Lake is breath taking. We really had a great vacation.
