This unit is located in the southern portion of Windy Hill of North Myrtle Beach. White Pointe Swash is about a 10 minute beach walk to the south where the wetlands meet the sea. This location is also convenient to dining and nightlife (Alabama Theater, House of Blues) located just across Hwy 17 at Barefoot Landing. Restaurant Row and Tanger Outlets are just a short drive tot he south. The freshest seafood in the are can be found in Calabash which is just a short drive away. Please note that the Google Map Marker is off slightly. It really should be closer to 47th Street, but we are DIRECTLY on the beach.

Windy Hill.: Windy Hill is the southernmost section of NMB. It is close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, and the Conway Bypass (Rte 22).

Waterpointe: Waterpointe I was originally developed in the mid 1980s. All units are 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The new Outdoor and Kiddie Pools complete this property along with the indoor pool and hot tub. Free Wireless Internet Access in the lobby encourages a sense of community in this secured building. Parking is a breeze with no hassles of a parking garage.
