Guestbook comments from the owner
Just wanted to thank you again-everyone had a great time. It was wonderful to be able to stay together and not be crowded
I live in Lake Tahoe, NV most of the year and New Orleans part of the year.
Best of both world!
This building was never intended to be a vacation rental. All other units are occupied full time and are very unique. This unit is my home away from home, and is rented when I cannot be there. What makes this property so special is none of the apartments have been subdivided. The smallest is 1800 sq. ft. and the largest is 3600 sq. ft. Units have been showcased in New Orleans magazine.
Frenchmen Street is so unique, and is specifically for a special tenant. You must love jazz, and love the experience. Honestly, if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. This apartment is in the heart of the music district. I personally have 2 children and stay there often, but it is geared for the true music lovers.
