Plus a spacious 11th floor balcony to relax on and marvel at Florida's most beautiful resources! This awesome gulf-front condo sleeps six comfortably. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a spacious master bath with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. No Smoking (even on the balcony) & No pets.

There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts in the beach cottage style. Treat it as your 'home-away-from-home'. A great place to vacation with family or friends or as a romantic getaway for just the two of you! The balcony has a table and chairs to admire the sunsets looking out at the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the 11th floor balcony is spectacular.

Located right in the heart of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road, you are very close to Wal-Mart, Publix, some very good restaurants and other fun activities. Majestic Beach Resort has awesome amenities like an on-site Starbucks, the H20 Bar and Grill, huge heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools and hot-tub that all overlook the gulf! In addition there is an on-site tennis court, a free movie theatre, and fitness room (requires an additional daily charge).

Great Family Get-Away

Our time here was marvelous~giving our family much time to relax and enjoy. This next-to-end unit had all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch rental. We found it VERY clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed.
The noise level and traffic is minimal due to the unit's 11th-floor location, which is a welcome amenity at this busy resort. It is appreciated that this unit rents only to those 28 and over, and it is evident in the upkeep of the unit.
Our girls, ages 7 and 9 found the two single beds in the second bedroom very comfortable. They loved their adorable room. We found the master bedroom view quite a wonderful surprise as it has a balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf. We enjoyed many meals and snacks on the large balcony. What a great view first thing in the morning!
It is satisfying to me that spending so much time looking and being very particular paid off. I insist on our vacation housing being very clean, have well-appointed amenities in the unit, and be in a good location. Even in the midst of all of the Memorial Day weekend partying, our unit remained quiet and family-oriented.
We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family that may visit Panama Beach. Our dealings with Mr. Burton were very professional. He responded to questions we had very quickly, and he handled our paperwork very efficiently. Our family would certainly visit this unit again if we ever travel to PCB again. Thanks for a GREAT vacation!
