Photos and Description of the Windsor Palms vacation condo rental 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8 (closest bldg. to clubhouse & pool -1st. floor.)

1st. floor condo facing west on the 'quiet side' of bldg. for enjoying evening breezes & afternoon sunsets. Closest bldg. to club house and pool area on (east side). Bldg. #2. Condo has screened lanai with custom furniture, unit has no stairs and is handicap accessible. Door openings are standard width, however. Only bedrooms are carpeted, balance of unit is ceramic tile floors, leather or vinyl sofas & chairs and glass tables. (so, mostly spill-proof, keeping children in mind). Cleaning supplies provided.

Tax is collected on booking upon final or balance due payment, 30 days prior. Normal cleaning is included with rental rate, there are no additional fee for use of clubhouse or amenities.
