Our beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom home with south facing heated pool and spa has been built to the highest specification and is situated overlooking a natural lake in the quiet residential community of Bridgewater Crossing. The house is very spacious with over 1,800 sq.ft of living space and the pool faces south and benefits from the sun all day. Our home has been tastefully furnished with cream leather sofas and a TV and DVD player and has everything to make your holiday complete. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in each room, all rooms with the exception of one have their own bathrooms and TV's in every room. All rooms have ample storage. The house is fitted with a security system and the pool has nighttime lighting. All linens are provided and there is also a cot, highchair, booster seat, two buggies and two children's bikes for your use.

Bridgewater Crossing is a landscaped community, ideally situated just ten minutes drive from Disney World. The community is quiet and very pretty with many natural lakes, one of which the house overlooks. The facilities within the community include, tennis courts, volleyball court, large swimming pool, picnic barbecue areas and children's play area. All within walking distance of the house. Champions Gate Golf Course is just a couple of minutes drive from the community and shopping is also very close at Champions Gate Shopping Centre. 24 hour shopping and restaurants on the 192 are seven minutes drive.

Repeat Bookings: Most of our bookings are from families that have stayed in our home and want to visit again.

Management Company: Our home is managed by a local company based in the community. They offer our guests a first class service, which includes welcome pack of food on arrival, pick up from airport, mid week clean, hire of any equipment, attraction tickets and much more. The community has tennis courts, volley ball court, basket ball practice area, childrens play area and communal swimming pool. Bridgewater Crossing is a beautiful landscaped community with many lakes and beautiful walks.

Pool and Spa: This is a major feature of our home. Our pool deck is larger than average and has beautiful views over the lake and excellent sunrise views in the morning. Our pool is not overlooked by other homes and is very peaceful and relaxing. We have a mesh screen that allows night time swimming without fear of irritating insects. There is plenty of pool furniture which include tables and chairs and sun loungers for up to eight people

We have stayed in this villa many times now and love every stay. It is always spotless and has everything you could possibly wish for. The pool and outlook is spectacular with the local wildlife visiting often. Both the owners and management company are more than helpful.Will be back as often as we can!

We have just booked our 2nd stay in this house - having stayed at a couple of others in Bridgewater Crossing. All I can say is what a fantastic time we have had over the years in this beautiful area. The house is lovely and espeically enjoy the quiet pool which has private views and stunning sunrises over the lake which you can watch from your bed in the morning. We have studied other areas but can't find anywhere as nice. Always clean and very well maintained - not a sign of builders around unlike the new estates - also very close to local shops etc. Saw shuttle fly over and spectacular birds flying overhead. Kids love the pool and it always feels very safe in this neighbourhood.
