Next to the Holiday Inn in Spring Lake you will be within minutes of all the fun activities that the area affords. Completely furnished this condo will be home for you as you and your family (including children) visit the downtown shops of Grand Haven, shop at the new Lakes Mall, go boating with friends, swim off the beaches of Lake Michigan, bike the bike trails around the lakes and to Holland for the day or visit the state parks. The perfect place for a vacation no matter what the season and check out the activities that take place throughout the year. Ample parking for one vehicle and additional parking next door for your RV, boat or guests. You will be on the trolley route and be able to hook up to wi fi in a number of places very close to your condo. Outdoor grill/linens/laundry included. We are waiting for you!

Internet: Wi/fi is available in the area but not in the building. Internet connection may be purchased by a renter for long term rental of the suite. Several retail businesses offer free or minimal charge wi/fi for those interested. 2 pools, exercise room and Hot Tub are available to all Millpoint renters and are located at the Holiday Inn of Spring Lake. Boat slips not available with condo rental but nearby marinas may be able to assist. Extra parking next to the condo complex in the Holiday Inn parking lot-boats allowed to park in this area also.

My family had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have access to the pools at the Holiday Inn next door and the restaurant at the Holiday Inn was nice too. Only about 5-10 minutes from downtown Grand Haven, it was a great location that was still affordable. If you plan on sleeping in the upstairs loft, bring a sleep mask because the sunrise will wake you up early if you're not prepared! It was definitely one of my family's fondest vacations.
Owner's Response: I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay in this great condo...I am a home stager, designer and realtor in the area and have decorated the condo in style....the plus is that it is waterfront and what a great location in the tri city area...there is absolutely every possible activity within just a short distance. I appreciate each and every client that stays with us during the year...and dont forget to book early for 2008...already my calendar is filling up. Thank again...you made my day! L
