Newly built comfortable cape style home has an open style Kitchen Dining Living area and large deck facing a memorable woodland waterfront view with narrow sandy private beach on Upper Mill Pond. Located in the mid-Cape, you can enjoy both a tranquil fresh water setting or go 1.6 miles to Paines Creek Beach ocean access and is walking distance to Punkhorn conservation land that provides hiking or woodland biking. Master bedroom king sized bed features private access to the full Bathroom, separate room full futon sofa lets kids get away for TV video that can also be closed off for the third sleeping area. There is room to play for kids.

Sitting atop a tranquil bluff views over a very large swimmable clean water pond, our property has a private sandy beach area and is centrally located in Cape Cod. We have a canoe, kayak, young kids toys and games. Hiking and mountain biking in the Punkhorn conservation land is nearby or bicycle through picturesque antique Town of Brewster to the off road Cape Cod rail trails. Nearby Hyannis has an abundance of shopping, activities and restaurants. Location allows short trips to Cape Cod National seashore and Islands touring.

  • Summer $1680/week, Off-season $1030/week
  • Cleaning fee is included in the weekly rate and conditional per the cleaning service inspection after departure. A clean and orderly condition is to be left as it was found. Everyone has met this expectation so far. Towels and linen are provided and included in the weekly rate; we request that they be left clean and folded for the next tenant. Security deposit of $500 is refundable pending cleaning service inspection. Non-refundable rental fee required prior to occupancy.

Visit nearby bay side ocean beaches or travel to tourist sights to the east and to the west of Brewster. Paddle to two connected Ponds, Lower Mill Pond and Walker's Pond. Float down the winding tidal inlet at Paines Creek. Watch the sunset from our back deck looking over Upper Mill Pond or watch the sunset from Paines Creek a five minute drive away. Brewster Town Hall, open 7 days/week until 3PM, offers Town beaches (Paines Creek is nearest) parking permits: $15/day or $50/week.

From our first summer's rental comments, we're adding an outdoor shower, double french door screens and improved naturalized landscaping down to the water with Town approval.
