They are all new and they are all included! This is a wonderful ocean view villa with three bedrooms, two and one-half baths. It is conveniently located with views of the ocean, lagoon, and the George Cobb-designed golf course from two decks. Sleeps six to eight comfortably - two Queens, two twins, and sleeper sofa - 1100+ square feet of space. New furnishings, linens, mattresses, electronics - HDTV (4 flat screens), patio furniture, etc.....ensure a great vacation!
