Description of the Ponte Vedra Beach vacation house rental
Enjoy beach views from almost every room in this cozy oceanfront vacation home. Located on a barrier island and across from the Guana River State Park, you can watch the sunrise to the east and sunset to the west. Ten minutes south of beautiful Ponte Vedra and fifteen minutes north of historic Saint Augustine.
This home sleeps nine with three full baths and two private outdoor showers. Dining area seats nine, six at a table and three at adjacent bar. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV, and full bath. Adjacent kids bedroom has three twin size beds. Upstairs seating area includes couch, two chairs, TV, DVD player and stereo.
Downstairs den has sleeping for four more with a double Murphy bed and daybed with trundle. A reclining sofa and TV make the downstairs perfect for families with “older” kids to have room.
This house is non-smoking.
