Unit Information:
In addition, this townhome provides wireless internet that is complimentary to our guests, humidity control systems, air conditioning, forced hot air, gourmet kitchen, washer & dryer, laundry detergent is provided, private phones, a two car garage & so much more! The Porches provides all linens and towels for your unit as well as dish soap, sponges, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & trash bags in the kitchen. You will receive soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue, toilet paper & a blow dryer in each bathroom. Two beautiful Porches bathrobes are provided in each bedroom. In an effort to conserve water & be more environmentally friendly, we will be offering one mid-week clean on stays of 5 nights or more along with the final clean upon your departure. The mid-week clean will include changing of all linens & towels along with a full clean of the unit. Additional housekeeping is $36/hour. Recycling & trash removal will be done daily from the trash bins located in the garage.
Summer Front Desk Schedule & Services:
The unit number along with phone number will be given to you upon check-in. Our front desk is open from 7:00am until 11:00pm seven days a week & shuttle service within Steamboat city limits will be provided from 7:15am until 10:45pm once you have arrived on the property. We do recommend calling the front desk to reserve the shuttle for dinner reservations. The Porches provides full concierge service during those hours which include (but are not limited to) dinner reservations, rodeo tickets, discounted transportation from the airport, tubing the Yampa river, child care services, hiking, fishing, hot air balloon rides, horseback rides, golfing, tennis, Strawberry Park Hot Springs tours, spa services, pre-arrival grocery shopping and anything else you may require. During off seasons our front desk is open from 8:00am until 6:00pm seven days a week & shuttle service within Steamboat city limits will be provided from 8:15am until 5:45pm. Please inquire about off season dates.
