Sometimes, paradise is best appreciated for what’s missing.
On Molokai, for example, you won’t find traffic lights, elevators, neon signs or fast food wars. The pristine stretches of white sand beaches are just like the island’s streets: uncrowded and blissfully quiet. On Molokai, nothing is taller than a palm tree. Molokai is one of those rare destinations where time has stood still. It's for these reasons we chose to build our house on Molokai. Peaceful and serene. A wonderful place to recharge and recuperate. This is Hawaii of old.
The area is home to plenty of wildlife, including Axis deer, wild turkeys, and quail. Also nearby is Kepuhi Beach which is a local favorite, northwest swell surf spot for the winter months. During the summer months this side of the island turns into a beach lovers paradise, with many deserted protected coves that provide the most spectacular diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and swimming you can experience. Many times the only one you will have to share the beach with is monk seals and sea turtles, as Molokai is truly a place to 'get away from it all. A 10 minute drive takes you to the town of Maunaloa where you can enjoy fine dining at Molokai Ranch Lodge, the islands only movie theatre, the rodeo arena, general store, gas station and post office.
We have set our rates low in order to attract clients to our newly built home in paradise. We are proud of our home and are confident that you will not be disappointed. Feel free to contact us with your questions or additional information you need.
