Great Offer! Would you like to spend time in an area where you can in peace and harmony with Mother Nature, where green is prime color and the sounds are of the melodies of the coquis. This apartment is located in a secluded part of beautiful Rio Grande at the base of El Yunque, Puerto Rico's incomparable rain forest. Rental includes a large deluxe fully furnished apartment with dining room, kitchen, bedroom and swimming pool. It is air conditioned and comes with cable TV. It is less than 10 minutes to beautiful Luquillo beach, or go the other direction and hike on rain forest trails. Horse back riding, golf course and a casino are also all less than 10 minutes by car. A special trip is available to either Vieques or Culebra for those staying for a week and includes car rental at the apartment, transport by ferry to the island . Transportation to and from the airport is included for one week stays. Maid service is provided for any length stay.

Our location is located at mid distance between the beach, and the Rain Forest 10 minutes ether way. From the city of San Juan 45 minutes, Restaurants 5 to 10 minutes, Food market 5 to 10 minutes Hospitals 30 minutes, Ferrys to the Islands 25 minutes, Golf course 6 minutes, Casinos 6 to 15 minutes horse back riding 10 minutes souvenier shops 5 minutes the Caves in Arecibo 2.50hrs. Bacardi plant 1hrs away.

  • Cancellation Policy If you canceled 90 days prior to you arrival, we charge $50.00, if your cancellation were from 90 to 30 days prior of your arrival, the charge would be one (1) night, if your cancellation is 30 days or less to your arrival we keep the entire deposit.
  • Additional package For $1326.00 per 6 Night and 7 days included airport trips, a car to be used in Puerto Rico, one day trip to beautiful Island of Vieques or Culebra for two people. No car is included on the Vieques or Culebra trip Other activities may be available, for additional cost. call.

If desired you can have a really special time by taking our deluxe package special. A rental car will be made available for the entire week (such as a Mitsubishi Lancer or Ford Taurus). In addition we will set up a trip by ferry to either beautiful Vieques or Culebra for a wonderful day trip. No car will be included on the Island of Vieques or Culebra. 4 hour boat ride are available when coordinated in advace prior to arrival at a cost of $300.00 per day of 4 hours. A maximo of 4 people per trip.

I am a native Puerto Rican now living in California. Went back to surprise my mother and grandmother. Jose (the owner) received me and my daughters at the airport like we were old family members. The house was incredilbe to say the least. VERY Clean and spaciouse. Absolutely the best rental I've ever stayed in. I would honestly recommend this home a million times to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Puerto Rico and the hospitality Puerto Ricans offer.

Beautiful and quiet Retreat

I reside in Croatia with my wife and kids, my wife is Croatian and i wanted to show her and my kids my isla. We rented this retreat for a week with a car included at a bargain. As soon we walked in this home we were amazed!!! It had everything you needed,clean,quiet and very safe. We just fell in loved with this home. My wife and kids felt at home the moment we walked in, pool,grill music and the sounds of the forest. The owner was a phone call away for anything you needed. I wanted to show my wife all of my Puerto Rico but she didn't want to leave this home the whole week we stayed , she felt Puerto Rico thru this beautiful retreat. Vacation home away from home

We were delighted with this beautiful home in Rio Grande Puerto Rico. We had several families staying together in this roomy, well appointed, comfortable, very clean rain forest get-away and it was a bargain. We felt welcomed by Jose and pampered all week long. We could get to the beach conveniently, or go hiking in the rain forest, or ferry to the islands or go back into San Juan easily but we also enjoyed just staying "home" too because we could lounge out by the beautiful private pool, listening to the birds and frogs, cooking out on the spacious patio. The weather was wonderful with a little rain and lots of sun every day. We hope to return soon to this wonderful place to spend a week in Puerto Rico and we highly recommend it.

great pool area in a no tourist neighborhood

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the house - mainly because the pool area was a delight. The pool is surrounded on two sides by a very large covered porch. The pictures do not give you any idea of it - it has a lot of seating, wicker sofas, sun lounge chairs, straight back plastic chairs and a hammock - as well as several tables (low and high ones) for comfortable eating. The other two sides are surrounded by beautiful palm trees. It is not a fancy - just welcoming. The waterfall and slide are more substantial than the photo might lead you to believe - really fun for kids. We had friends staying at the Wyndham resort (7 minute drive) and so the best of both worlds: homey mornings listening to the rainforest followed by swanky strickly tourist beach scene in the afternoons. The small commercial area nearest the house (but still a drive) has a great little bakery. Also - there is a fun place for go-karts and horse back riding about 5 minute drive from the house.

rain forest retreat

My family and I rented this vacation property and we were totally happy with the decision to rent. The owner has everything available that you might need while visiting. Everything is close by the home and their swimming pool is great. I would recommend this vacation outing to my family and friends.
