We take a credit card number, as a security deposit, to cover any damages, theft, excessive utility usage, failure to return keys, etc. We only make a charge if a situation such as any of these arises. -
Utilities surcharge includes electric, gas, digital cable TV and Internet connection (bring your own laptop).
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Pool heat will be available for an extra charge starting September 1, 2008.

All furnishings are high quality and newer.
Kitchen with maple cabinetry, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. Dining area with seating for 6. Large living/family room with sliding doors to screened lanai/pool. Heated pool, den with convertible sofa to sleep extra guests, laundry room, 2-car attached garage, and beautiful landscaping.
Other Activities: Everglades, fishing, cruises, sailing, nature tours, Naples Zoo and golf!
