This spacious condo has 1150 sqft of living space, with 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a queen sofabed in the main living space. This property is a block from the main street and is within waking distance to a variety of restaurants, downtown Canmore shops and many local activities. It is next door to a major grocery store, movie rentals, liquor store and Starbucks. It has a well appointed and equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a nice open living space which provides the comforts of home, complete with a natural gas fireplace. A private balcony with mountain views, deck chairs and a barbeque are available for summer lounging. This unit has two full bathrooms one with a jetted tub/shower combination and the other with a shower, in-suite laundry & gear storage area. This top floor corner unit has vaulted ceilings and in-floor heating. Building is complete with an elevator.
