This townhome is located in the new Telemark Complex, located behind Hernando's on the north end of the town of Winter Park. It is within walking distance to the town and is a short free shuttle ride to the slopes. You can leave your car parked in the one car garage, for your entire visit to the Fraser Valley.

This cozy townhome can sleep seven. The master, located on the lowest level, contains a queen bed with it's own bathroom and walk-in closet. The owners have also provided a TV in this bedroom with satellite hook-up. The private hot tub is located just outside this bedroom on the patio. The other two bedrooms are located on the top level of the unit. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full sized bed under a twin sized bunk bed. The full bathroom in the hall services these two rooms. Also on this level is the front loading washer and dryer.

The main level of the townhome is the nerve center! You will find a very cozy living room area, with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, a lovely dining room table and a top notch kitchen, equipped with everything that you will need for cooking and entertaining. Wonderful Property

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. This condo was so convienient to everything. We loved being able to walk all around Winter Park. The Fly Fishing in Grand County is definitely worth the trip if you like to fish! Winter Park Pub has great pizza and Lost Boys has great burgers. For a nicer meal we really enjoyed our dinner at Devils Thumb Ranch.

Nicely furnished with great amenities! Excellent location!! Had a few issues during our stay- one of which was the downstairs heater didn't seem to be functioning but we were ok with use of blankets. We were also surprised that there was no hair dryer to be found. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us (4 of which were kids!). Loved the fireplace & the hot tub. Worth the cost for a group staying in town... and we would absolutely stay there again!

The property was great, everything seemed brand new. Very comfortable couches, although the TV was very small in the living room. We definitely were not there to watch TV so we didn't care. The space seemed very high end with vaulted ceilings, nice furnishings, and really nice fixtures. The location was perfect with a short walk to the downtown area.

Becky was great to deal with and was an excellent property manager. She was responsive via email and seemed to always answer my calls. She worked around our schedule and was very pleasant on the phone.

Great townhouse in convenient location - downtown Winter Park. Looks brand new, open floorplan, and Becky is great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
