Snuggle Beach Vacation

Our trip to the East End started out a little rough as there were a few problems with the property when we arrived. The jets in the whirlpool tub didn't work and it obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while, the air conditioner in the kitchen/living room didn't work, the satellite wasn't working, the DVD player didn't work, and one of the bathroom faucet handles was broken which made it pretty tough to turn on and off. However, once we let Nadine (who lives right upstairs) know about all of these problems she went out of her way to take care of as many problems as she could right away. She replaced the satellite box and the DVD player that day and had someone out to replace the water pump for the whirlpool tub within a couple of days. Some of the other things didn't get fixed while we were there but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the place at all.
The living space is pretty much exactly what it looks like in the pictures, nothing fancy but very nice. The real reason we booked this place was because of the deck, whirlpool tub, and beach and we couldn't have been happier with those things. We spent a lot of time out on that deck just marveling at what an amazing view we were looking at. The snorkeling right off the beach was really great especially right around the dock where all the fish congregate. If you like Italian food, there's a great new place right up the street called the Italian Kitchen...the garlic knots are fantastic.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Snuggle Beach. We've stayed in nicer places, but they were also a lot more expensive. You really get fantastic value for your money at this place and if you do have any problems or questions, Gary and Nadine are right upstairs and are always more than happy to do whatever they can to make your stay more enjoyable. So if you're just looking for a semi-private beach to relax on, catch some sun, and do a little snorkeling, I would definitely recommend Snuggle Beach.
