This Beaver Creek Village condo is located just above the Elkhorn Lift, and backs to a wonderful park with trails, playground, and creek running right through the backyard. Get your ski report by looking out the window at the slopes! The condo features a private ski locker, wood burning fireplace, wireless internet, and an amazing view from the balcony. A parking spot is also included in the building garage. Dial-a-ride is available, but who needs it? Walk to the village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. A community outdoor pool is available in the summer, and outdoor community hot tub is available year round.

Long Weekend Getaway

We stayed at Townsend Place over Memorial day weekend and enjoyed the wonderful Blues, Brews and BBQ festival that took place in Beaver Creek village.
The condo was very relaxing and had a wonderful "at home" feel to it. It was well maintained and the kitchen offered all the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy our own meals.
When we did not feel like cooking, many different restaurants in the Beaver Creek Village, were less than a five minute walk away. It was easy to relax and let the stresses of the work week pass.
We had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it again.

Owner's Response: Beaver Creek is a fabulous mountain escape. The view from our vacation home balcony is spectacular. I hope you slept with the windows open--fresh, cool mountain air is just the ticket when you want to relax.

Great Location & Beautiful Views

January, 2009. The location was better than I imagined. Step outside and ski down the slope to the Elk Horn lift. It was also steps away from the village. Best of all, my kids could board on green runs all the way back to the condo if they needed too. Condo was in tip-top shape. Jay, the owner, was friendly and provided all the info we needed. I really like the condo--sit on the couch by the fire and see the slopes. Looking forward to our next trip--maybe this summer for golf.
