This is a fully applianced condo with all amenities to make you feel as though you are in a home away from home. There is an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool, tennis court & great area for sledding on the property. The condo is in the center of North Conway, only minutes away from all major outlets for shopping, Storyland, and Santa's Village. Over 1 dozen of the top ski mountains in New England are anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour away. North Conway is an excellent area for families, romantic getaways, or friend excursions. Between skiing, golfing, shopping, parks for children, town festivals throughout the year, and nightlife, you'll find enough to enjoy your stay no matter why you're on vacation any time throughout the year.

North Conway, New Hampshire is a wonderful place to visit year round. In the winter you are minutes away from some of the best ski mountains in the Northeast. There are also areas offering sleigh rides, Christmas train rides and sledding. In the fall you can see some of the most beautiful foliage in the Northeast. There are several natural trails and scenic overlooks. In addition, North Conway offers fun fall festivals such as Octoberfest. In the Spring and Summer you can enjoy riding, camping and fishing on the Saco River; golf at any of the several dozen courses within minutes of the condo; hike or ride to the top of Mount Washington. The area offers several natural hiking trails leading to beautiful scenic areas and natural waterfalls. In addition, North Conway is an outstanding area for families with activities such as Storyland, Santa's Village, Alpine Slides at Attitash, Water Parks/Slides, etc.

What a wonderful get-away! Clean, spacious, warm,home-like condo that comfortably accomodates a large family. The price is so right and the complex is beautiful . We were pleasantly surprised, since the photos usually make a place look better than it is. Not so in this case. The location was great-close enough to the main attractions but away from all the noise and traffic.The owner was wonderful and we can't wait to go back. Thank you,Jeff.

This condo is an amazing deal for the price being charged! With 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms, we had an enormous amount of room unlike any hotel that we have ever stayed in as a family (there are 4 of us).

WIth the full kitchen, we were able to prepare meals and not always depend on a restaurant to eat (sometimes the wait is 1+ hours and with 2 kids, waiting that long can be difficult).

The location of this condo and the views are spectacular. The pool is immaculate. The neighbors that live in the adjacent condos are extremely friendly and helpful to tourists.

The description as offered was exactly as we found it and the property (inside and out) is extremely well maintained.

I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a satisfying stay in North Conway! It is perfect for a couple who wants a romantic getaway as well as a family looking for the all-american family vacation!
