REALLY NICE HOME WITH A REALLY NICE VIEW!!
This home is really awesome. We had a large group of people and every person was excited about the location, home amenities, etc. I loved the large upstairs living space. Thecombination kitchen, living room, dining room area worked well for our large group. We could all cook, playcards, eat or just lounge and admire the gorgeous view. The beach, right outside the back doors (literally) was so beautiful. I appreiciated the quick response from the owners when we had a few questions while there. They even offered to come by and help us out if need be. This home is all it is advertised to be. We really enjoyed our stay and were talking about returning before our visit was up. Trust me...you won't be able to get enough of the VIEW!! Thank you Paul and Vicky for offering your beatuiful home as a rental.

Owner's Response: When there isn't snow our home is also a great place to bring your bikes, especially for the kids because it is in a gated community with paved, flat roads.
During the summer our Homeowners Association offers organized activities and access to a small community pier.
About half of the gated community is open area and includes a peewee community baseball field, mini auditorium, ping-pong tables, and tetherball. There is also a summer supervisor for children with planned activities.
In the winter it's a perfect place for cross country skiing.
