La Villita is located in the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta called 'Conchas Chinas' We are 50 feet from the beach and 2 kilometers south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The number on the Villa is 850 on the highway to Mismaloya. All of our rates include a staff of 4 and sometimes 5 people when necessary...We have a wonderful cook and Houseman with two housekeepers.....Our staff will cook two meals a day except on Sundays. Our guests pay for the food and drinks but our staff will prepare your meals and cocktails for you.

Highly recommeded!

Our experience at La Villita was truly amazing. We had all adult family members, a total of 13, and there was so much space in the Villa. The Villa was way more impressive in person than online. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the house mgr, Vinnie. He took care of everything for us, meal planning, transportation, excursions, he even helped us plan a birthday celebration with cake and a band. And Victor waited on us hand and foot! We had wonderful meals and service, and had fun with the personality and charm of the staff. They made it all an incredible, relaxing vacation! The ocean views were beautiful from several floors. We kept our bedroom doors open at night and went to sleep and woke up every morning to the sound of crashing waves. You can't get that at a hotel or resort! Thanks for the great memories!

Bunch of Guys Gone Fishing

“We had a great stay at your house and hope to be able to come back again.  The facility is huge and has so many areas in which to sit or entertain that the pictures on your website don't really do it justice.  We've been to a number of large houses along the Pacific coast of Mexico, and I think for the number of rooms, price, proximity to the water and safety, yours is probably the best we have stayed at…..the cleaning was lost on a bunch of guys who just wanted to drink beer and go fishing..

40 reasons to love this villa on my 40th birthday

I have been coming to Vallarta for a winter vacation for over 5 years. On April 7th I celebrated my 40th birthday and invited friends and family to join me. After during 10 bedroom villas on my previous trip I chose La Villita for my celebration. From the warmth and friendliness of dealing with the owners to the final ride to the airport with a ride form the house staff the trip was perfect. I made all of the plans and arrangements for my friends and family and was a bit nervous about the trip living up to expectations. From the moment we all arrived to fresh homemade Margaritas there was nothing to worry about. From the stunning views, to friendly staff, perfect meals, and so much more, we had a perfect time. So much so that we have booked again for next year. This was rated the vacation of a lifetime from just about everyone that attended.

Thank you for your email. We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. The house is beautiful and comfortable and the pool is very inviting. However, by far, the most valuable asset that you have is your amazing staff. Vinny, Victor and Eusebia, in particular, are tremendously knowledgeable and successful at what they do. Our stay would not have been nearly as enjoyable without their attention and excellent service.
