Mixing tropical brights with native tile and stonework, this spectacular villa contains huge covered terraces and a fabulous pool and entertainment area. There's an unbelievable upper sundeck, a palapa-covered wet bar with a panoramic view of the entire bay. The villa has 7bedrooms in the main house and two casitas. Not to be missed - the Grand Master Suite - encompassing an entire floor with it's own separate outdoor dunking pool along with an media room and private 100 foot terrace. Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - a business retreat, a family reunion or a wedding. La Villita is located in the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta called 'Conchas Chinas' We are 50 feet from the beach and 2 kilometers south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The number on the Villa is 850 on the highway to Mismaloja. All our rates include a staff of 4 and sometimes 5 people when necessary...We have a wonderful cook and Houseman with two housekeepers.....Our staff will cook two meals a day except on Sundays. Our guest pay for the food and drinks but our staff will prepare your meals and cocktails for you. If you like to shop you can go with our houseman to the market place......You will receive receipts daily for your purchases.....

Staff: We have a wonderful staff of 5 people. Cook, Housekeepers, houseman with extra waiter when needed. You will enjoy many wonderful meals at La Villita. Our staff cooks two meals a day, renters pay for their own food, but our staff will shop for you. If you want to experience marketing in Puerto Vallarta our staff will take you with them.
