Most desired ground floor walk out to the beach and pools in Las Palomas resort. This convenience adds a whole new dimension to enjoying your oversized patio and only 20 feet from the beach, no elevators or long walks here. We are in the newest part of Las Palomas, CORONADO 107 IN PHASE TWO with more up scale amenities and larger floor plans (1498 square feet and 500 square-foot patio and private steps). Very nice furnishings throughout, all marble bathrooms, and granite in kitchen. ON PREMISE WATER PURIFICATION, YOU CAN DRINK OUR WATER. WE NOW OFFER DAILY MAID SERVICE. Las Palomas is the largest resort in Rocky Point with the most to do for adults and children. This condo is in the rental pool and follows all of Las Palomas rentals rules for the enjoyment of your stay. This includes, if you have any issues with this condo, you can request another.

  • This is the only luxury resort in Rocky Point. I include daily maid service, Kids Club day care (up to 11) free. There are two heated pools and a 100 person hot tub and bar in front of my condo. Ground floor condos are the best kept secret to rent and are always in demand

Walk out patio with private steps to pools and bea:

Luxary furnishings. A patio fit for a king of relaxation.

The Secret is out: The ground floors are the best that Las Palomas has to offer for location to beaches and pools. There is no long halls to the beach. No stuffy elevators. The pools are right in front of your patio. Some condos are a few hundred yards from the beach and action and not to mention the elevator ride. There are gas grills that can be used not far from my front door. SPOIL YOURSELF AND FAMILY WITH THE NEXT LEVEL OF LUXARY

We just returned from our stay in the 107 and it was fantastic! The decor is modern and the kitchen has everything you will need. Our children were always on the beach and in the pools. The ground floor is the way to go to have quick access to all the resort has to offer. We will be back for another stay.

Four of us stayed here in Feb. and we all were impressed with how spacious and close to the beach this condo is. It's clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Owners were nice to work with, also.

Four of us stayed in the condo 6/02/08 to 6/6/08. It was a paradise. The weather was perfect. The condo was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed to cook and be entertained and relax. The bathrooms are wonderful and the beds perfect. The patio was wonderful and the location right on the beach was superb. We hope to go back sometime.

Mid April, 2008, was our 2nd visit to this Coronado unit. It is modern, clean, very nice, ground level and RIGHT on the beach. There is no better set up if you want to be close to the beach, pools, and swim-up bar. This is not a loud-party complex. The staff at the resort were extremely nice. The condo owners were a pleasure to work with. This is our favorite condo in Rocky Point!

We stayed here on 9/17-9/20/07. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. It was literally 'right on the beach'. The pools were amazing. We brought guests with us from Chicago and they were thrilled with the experience. The shopping was great. The 4-wheelers were fun. Lots to do. I have stayed at many resorts in Rocky Point and this condo is by far the best. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!
