Las Palomas is the newest and largest resort in Rocky Point. This is the closest two bedroom to the beach when location is important to you. We are in the newest phase two of Las Palomas (CORONADO) with more up scale amenities and larger floor plans, 1500 square feet condo and 500 square-foot patio and private steps OFF THE PATIO to the BEACH AND POOLS. Luxary furnishings throughout, all marble bathrooms, and granite in kitchen. Why Michael or Kathy chose Puerto Penasco

We live in New Mexico and I read an artical about where can you be on the beach from New Mexico in under 600 miles. So we drove down to Rocky Point and loved it from day one. Unlike a lot of vacations Like Bora Bora and their 25 dollar hamburgers. Things are afordable in Mexico and vacationers can stay on a budget here and still be able to go out for dinner.

What makes this condo unique

We and our location are all about the BEACH and POOLS. We stayed at all the other condos in Rocky Point and found that one pool or one place to eat was not enough. We have over 10 pools at Las Palomas. The patio with its steps to the beach and pools is what they say 'PRICELESS'. You can walk off our steps and be on the beach. We found the kids watch a lot less TV and are outside a lot more when the beach is so close. You can actually talk to the kids on the beach while sitting on our patio. Yes, there is a condo attached to our patio that is as beutiful as most homes in the US.

Thank you for all the wonderful rentals and referrals over the last year. Also, thank you for taking care of our property at Las Palomas as it still looks brand new! We are taking it one step further by hiring a detailing company to come in and scrub the corners with a toothbrush, which will just make the condo look even nicer. LP management company is also making a few updates to furniture and creature comforts to make us all feel a little more pampered in a real resort experience. The grounds are being improved with some new paint, more lounge chairs, and concrete repairs. Here's to a great year at Las Palomas!! Thank you again!

This Condo is grrrreat!!!! It is very nicely furnished and decorated. It was everything we were expecting. The location is ideal for being close to the pool and the ocean. We definitely want to rent it again next year!!!!! And will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thanks!!!! = )

We just returned from our stay in the 107 and it was fantastic! The decor is modern and the kitchen has everything you will need. Our children were always on the beach and in the pools. The ground floor is the way to go to have quick access to all the resort has to offer. We will be back for another stay.

Four of us stayed in the condo 6/02/08 to 6/6/08. It was a paradise. The weather was perfect. The condo was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed to cook and be entertained and relax. The bathrooms are wonderful and the beds perfect. The patio was wonderful and the location right on the beach was superb. We hope to go back sometime.
