Savor the ocean view from the lanai of 14H, our air-conditioned second floor Kolea villa. Watch the sun as it sets over the Pacific. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the pool, and another 2 minutes to the A-Bay beach. Use the Viking grill on the 14H lanai to barbecue exquisite meals — the grill has a smoker, rotisserie, and adjustable overhead fans and lights. You can keep your favorite beverage in the lanai refrigerator. Inside the villa, the kitchen has everything you need for your home away from home. Features of our exquisite Oceanfront Kolea Villa will be nothing short of spectacular. Our villa is professionally decorated in a Hawaiian motif—not overstated, just the right feel, from the bedrooms to the living room and lanai. To stay in touch with friends and (if you must) the office, our villa has free high-speed wireless internet access. Since we stay in the villa ourselves, we equip it with lots of amenities.

Inside the condominium, the kitchen has everything you need for your home away from home. Our villa is professionally decorated in a Hawaiian motif—not overstated and just the right feel, from the bedrooms to the living room and lanai. The master bedroom has a California King and a walk-in closet; the master bath has a super size tub for soaking, an awesome shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twins (that can be locked together), with an adjoining bathroom (tub/shower and double sinks). The living room has a sofa sleeper.

To stay in touch with friends and the office (if you must), our villa has free high-speed wireless internet access. Since we stay in the villa ourselves, we equip it with lots of amenities, such as high definition televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms maintain a comfortable temperature, even without air conditioning. Be sure to take advantage of our discount coupons and free glass bottom boat ride (up to four people). We want you to have a spectacular vacation and a five-star experience at Kolea, where you can swim in the infinity edge pool, unwind in the hot tub, snorkel in A-Bay, cruise with Ocean Sports, or just relax and work on your beautiful Hawaiian tan.

Villa 14H has all the basic condiments you will need: a spice rack, salt & pepper shakers, sugar, cooking oil, aluminum foil, food wrap, even napkins. (We cannot guarantee that all condiments will be there during your stay, as the previous guest may have used the last one of whatever isn’t there).

Fabulous view. Used the lanai and outdoor kitchen every day for one meal or another. Lovely furnishings, great bedding and toiletries. Lots of fluffy towels. Master shower is so nice you hated to come out. 3 large HDTV's. We went with another couple and there was lots of room for privacy and great seating to all be together. Everything is high end and very luxurious. We can't wait to go back to this same unit!

AMAZING!!!! There aren't enough words to describe this property & the service provided. This was our 3rd visit to Waikoloa & we have found our "home." The view is phenomenal & we spent much time just staring at the water. The location was perfect. We felt honored that a gift basket awaited us upon our arrival. There were so many extras that we did not receive at previous properties such as laundry detergent/softener; spices; paper towels; trash bags; plastic bags; food wrap & everything we could possibly need for the kitchen. Beach towels; chairs; boogie boards...so many items that we did not have to pack from the mainland or purchase at the store. We will definitely recommend this property to others & will return as soon as possible. Thanks to everyone who made this a memorable vacation.

I have spent the last month (January 2009) at this fine property. The unit is perfect , as is the resort and the weather. Kolea's location is perfect, right on the beach and within minutes walking to shopping and dining. This was my 2nd stay in 14H , there are cheaper condos available in the Waikoloa Resort area , however , by personal experience none offer the location or the extra luxuries that Kolea has. Your own personal BBQ on the lanai will in itself save you any extra costs you put out for the property. The Waikoloa Beach Resort itself has in my mind some of the most dependable weather you will find anywhere , we have stayed close to a 100 days in the past 4 years (all January's) and have seen no more then 3-4 hours rain in total , with temperatures constantly in the low 80's. Treat yourself !!!!
