A beautiful and sunny 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a private, residential road.

40x20 heated pool with gas grill, patio set and 6 chaise lounges. (The pool area is completely fenced).

Sleeps 6: 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Master suite with walk-in closet and full bathroom.

Large, bright, open living room.

3 flat screen HDTVs with cable and DVD.

Internet w/ WIFI.

Fireplace.

Central AC.

Washer and dryer.

Very close to area beaches and East Hampton village.

Great location: This house, on Bucks Path, is in a great location for all that the Hamptons have to offer. The house is on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic and it is very convenient to area grocery stores, restaurants, vineyards, wine stores, beaches (either ocean or bay beaches), marinas, movie theater and gyms.

This was our first vacation in the Hamptons and in this house, and we have already confirmed to come back!

We spent more than 2 weeks here in July 2011. We loved this house and the heated pool, and cannot say enough wonderful things about the property. This home exactly represents itself in the description. Every detail shows you that the owner really took a lot of time and put in a lot of thought into setting the perfect hideaway. It is beautifully decorated (everything brand new) and nicely situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was perfect, met all our needs and more! Clean, very spacious with all the comforts of home.

It is very close to East Hampton Village (3 minutes downtown, 6 minutes Main Beach East Hampton), and even closer to the best farms and deli stores (Citarella, Round Swamp Farm, Luigi's, Goldberg's Famous Deli).

Paperwork was easy , Landlord was accessible 24/7 by phone and/or email and spared no effort to ensure a trouble-free, terrific stay!!!

We can't wait to come back.
