Additional rental information: This is a non-smoking unit. Rates do not include taxes. Three week cancellation notice required in order to refund deposit. NOTICE: Local and state taxes will be added to all rentals; usually about ten percent (10%). Excessive clean up will be charged to your credit card or billed directly to you for our actual cost. Any damage by you or your guest will be handled the same as excessive cleaning charges.
