The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a view that's incredible. Enjoy the sandy beach and ocean's slapping waves for total relaxation. A large garden tub, a glass walk-in shower and a double-sink marble vanity are a step away in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs and DVD players. The great room has a queen-size sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep three children or two adults. A large screen LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo provide entertainment for all. The dining area seats six with three more able to eat at the nearby bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large stainless steel appliances, granite counters and every small appliance for the seasoned chef or short order cook! The laundry room has a stack washer and dryer, ironing board and drying rack. It is a separate room large enough for a pack and play so a baby can sleep in privacy away from any noise.

One can view miles of the ocean and hear the waves crash to shore from the master bedroom, great room and balcony. The balcony has a large table and chairs for additional dining where the day can begin over breakfast or end as the sun sets gloriously over the ocean. Beach side dining is available at The Whale's Tail Restaurant on the beach. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all types of beverages. Beach rentals and bathrooms are also available. You can truly go to the beach in the morning and return at dark!

Ariel Dunes II is part of Seascape and guests have full access to the Seascape 18-hole golf course. The Silver Sands Factory Stores, an outlet mall with over 100 brand-name stores, is only 1/2 mile from Seascape. We hope your family will come to Ariel Dunes II to be pampered and have a truly luxurious get-a-way. You must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. No smoking and no pets allowed.

We had a fabulous time staying in the Lap of Luxury! The condo was pristine and very well appointed. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying our breakfast as we looked out over the gulf. The walk to the beach was short (perhaps 3 city blocks) and the beaches in Destin are excellent.
We highly recommend the Lap of Luxury

This condominium was outstanding!!! It was clean and very tastefully decorated.

I brought my family of four here and we had such a good time. My kids loved the use of the three large pools. I personally enjoyed the workout facility. I have never been in a high rise where the elevators arrived so quickly

The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working order. In addition, the flat screen TVs were very nice.

Alice was so helpful in our trip planning and did everything possible to accommodate us.

I hope to stay here on our next trip to Destin.

The condo is absolutely magnificent!!!! Alice made everything so easy. She helped us figure out from what to do with our keys, to beach chair rentals, to how to get there!! She was so helpful, making our trip the trip of a lifetime!!!! We will forever continue our trip to Destin with Alice Rainer's Condo!!

View the pictures, it really is this beautifull. We enjoyed 2 & 1/2 months here. Every day was great. Alice was so helpfull when we needed her. Not only her but the staff there was the best.
