No expense spared on this home, all the latest electronic gadgets, a 450 sq ft entertainment area with a 50 inch plasma TV and theater room reclining seats, an 8ft billiards table, and a bar, which opens up to be a black jack, roulette and craps table. There is a Xbox360 and Playstation 3 to have hours of fun playing! Downstairs is a 42 inch plasma TV, with over 200 channels, and a Nintendo Wii with games. In the master bedroom there's another 42 inch plasma TV, a computer with full Internet access free! Also free are local and long distance telephone calls. Calls to the U.K., Ireland and rest of Europe are charged at $0.07 / min. Outside there is a private pool, with jacuzzi, to cool down after a busy day at the parks. Or there is also a barbecue to enjoy in the Florida sunshine. This home is situated in a gated community with facilities including a tennis court, outside swimming pool, and play area for younger children. If the night is clear you can see the fireworks at Disney.

Our villa is located on a gated community, which is easily found off interstate 4. Our villa is only 10 minutes from the main gates of Disney, and because of its location is easily accessible to all of Orlando's theme parks. 1 1/2 miles away from our villa is the Champions Gate resort, with a fantastic golf course, Publix, Seven Eleven, Walgreens, and Movie Mania for DVD hire. And 1 mile further is the Reunion golf course.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available in a utility closet next to the garage. The fridge/freezer has filtered water 'on tap' and an ice making machine built in.

Greetings,
My family had the recent pleasure of spending a week at your Villa in Orlando.
Your property is first class and very accommodating, besides a quick trip to the market for fresh food everything is on site (the fully stocked DVD’s and video games were a hit with the kids).
In my previous trips to Disney we’ve stayed at the park, the flexibility, freedom and comfort of your property led to a much more relaxing stay.
A quick note about your management company and check in procedures – A pleasure!!! all the details were handled promptly and professionally.

Awesome Vacation Home!!

My family stayed in the home in Nov 09 and it was just wonderful. The home was spacious, clean, and well maintained. My 3 daughters just loved the video games, DVD's, and pool. It was a nice location, about 10 min from Disney but still far enough away to have some peace and quiet after a long day at the parks. We found everything in the home that you could need, the owners truly thought of everything. This was my first time renting a vacation home and I was a little apprehensive at first but everything worked out perfectly. I would definately recommend this home and would love to stay here again. Thank you to the owner for your lovely home.

Excellent Weekend Stay

My wife Donna and I rented the house for my 40th Birthday weekend and really enjoyed the house. Upon entering everything was clean and in place. The amenities from the swimming pool to the large screen tv's, stereo system, and pool table room were outstanding. This house is great for adults and for kids as well as there are many video games for kids with both a wii and xbox game systems. Plenty of room and a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended to anyone. First rate.

Great Orlando Vacation

We had an incredible time at this beautuful home. There was something for everyone to do here, so the kids were never bored. And the location is great, easy to get to every Orlando attraction, (Disney is less than 15 minutes away) but very quiet and away from the traffic when you want to come home and relax. I would highly recommend this home.

Very spacious and nicely decorated!

We just stayed in January 2009, with two different families sharing. The villa was very spacious and allowed everyone space to roam about and have privacy if we needed.
Heather and Alan were both very nice and easy to deal with. Even with cool weather, the pool was warm enough to swim in!
