Beautiful home located on 7th Street just two blocks from the boardwalk and the beach. This beautiful home is spacious and comfortable. There are custom features such as stainless appliances, washer and dryer, hardwood floors, tile floors in the kitchen and bath areas, Corian counter tops, two car garage, private master bath with covered balcony as well as a pool directly behind this end unit. The location is situated near the Boardwalk and beach where many family and adult activities are. Pubs, restaurants, amusement parks, arcades and all other family fun are with in walking distance.. No need to fight the inlet traffic and parking here. The home has four bedrooms and three and one half baths. The lower level bedroom is also set up with a queen size sleeper sofa and a tv for video games and DVDs. The living room is set up with a BOSE three to one entertainment system as well as a queen sleeper sofa and an ottoman which converts to a twin bed. Visa & MC Accepted

This is a great location with easy walk to boardwalk. House is well appointed with nice layout. It was nice to be closer to golf courses in West OC (Plum Point & OC Golf Club).
We look forward to returning.

Just got back from an extended weekend here with my husband's whole family, and we really loved the house. Good views (and breeze) on the balconies, nice open floor plan on the main level (so all 10 of us didn't feel cramped as we moved around each other), clean and updated house with all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. that provide vacation convenience. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in your home, Rob. Even though Saturday was rainy and windy because of Tropical Storm Hanna, we still found plenty to do. We rented this beautiful home the week of August 23. I enjoyed the views from the balconies. The house is equipped with everything you need and is very well kept. The location is perfect ... close to the beach, boardwalk, and the bay. The kids had a great time in the pool out back. Rob was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!!!
