The six lovely, clean bedrooms offer cozy vintage appeal. A new washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The cottage has both a deck overlooking woods, an airy porch, and screened gazebo. There is air conditioning as well as heat for off season rental for those wishing to enjoy fall, winter, or spring activities.

Private Beach across small street: Walk across a small street and you have access to a private beach which is expansive, well kept up and never crowded. Enjoy swimming in pristine Lake Michigan. Stroll down the beach on a weekday and you may only see the sea gulls flying overhead.

Yard: Breezy Lane has an unusually large yard for Union Pier (over an acre). The yard is very private- surrounded by trees. Great for relaxing with a book or playing baseball or bad mitten. It is quiet and on a windy day, you can hear the waves.

Entertainment everywhere: Breezy Lane is in the heart of Harbor Country which offers something for everyone. There are great shopping areas, fabulous restaurants, galleries featuring international and local artists, movie theaters and places nearby to enjoy great jazz or summer theater. There are also places to rent canoes and kayaks to enjoy the many lakes nearby. Also whether is riding on country roads or along the shoreline, Breezy Lane is nested in bikers paradise.
