Excellent townhouse for a family

The townhouse is beautiful, everything look perfect. Need a little fix like many spots in the carpet, the stair to the third floor is very noise and one cabinet in the kitchen is broken.

I stayed before in Vista Cay in another townhouse and a little suggestion for the owner or for the people that make the management is to leave little things that you need for your stay like: soap, sponge, laundry soap (a small box), paper towel, etc. otherwise you need to run to the Supermarket. In the other townhouse everything was there.

Vista Cay is very close to every Orlando attraction, and many restaurants. The arcade and the pool is very nice.

I thought the condo was clean, well decorated, and in a desirable location. It was very well maintained and in a safe gated community. I liked the fact that it was close to a Publix Supermarket and all the Disney attractions.

We have just returned from a 2 week vacation in Orlando and stayed at this property. The accomodation was very spacious and clean and had all the necessary equipment that you would associate with home from home. The location of Vista Cay is perfect for all major tourist attractions and located in a quiet place away from International Drive yet close to all amenities. I would definately recommend this property and we will stay here again when we return to Orlando. This was our 3rd trip, its addictive!

This place was incredible. It was very well maintained and had every convenience from location to special food delivery. The Taxi ride to downtown Orlando was only about $30 which is STEAL for this area. We were very lucky to find this place.
