Privacy galore is assured by the lush gardens, private beach access and the fact that this home sits on two lots, thus limiting noise and intrusion from adjoining homes. This home has been custom furnished in earth tones to make your stay as relaxing as possible. For those occasional weekend guests, our couch pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. Gourmet Kitchen Custom designed for chefs and would-be chefs. Fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a pass-through to the screened-in porch facing the Gulf and an impressive center island with bar stools and sink to accommodate every need. Designer lighting makes the kitchen as functional as it is eye-catching.

As our guests, you will enjoy full resort privileges at the North Captiva Island Club. This includes two large pools, hot tub, two har tru tennis courts,half basket ball court, complimentary kayak, bikes and beach chairs. Enjoy fine dining at the Boat House restaurant or visit the pool bar for your favorite frozen drink.

Satellite TV, DVD, & stereo with a cozy comfortable couch which folds out to an additional full size bed. Two sets of sliding glass doors flank a wall of windows for a full aquamarine panoramic view. Both sliders open to an expansive open deck with a 2 person fully jetted Jacuzzi. Additionally the deck is outfitted with umbrella table with chairs, and relaxing reclining lounge chairs.
