    We are a non-smoking unit and you must be over the age of 25 to rent. Sorry, no RV's or Motorcycles can be parked on the premises.

    Taxes, fees and departure cleaning are Included in rental price.

    Linen options:
    1. You can bring your own with no additional cost
    2. I can arrange for the rental of the linens, towels and other needs. They will be there on your arrival date and be picked up after you depart! You control what you want to pay for!
    Some essential supplies, such as toilet paper & cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. We strive to make your vacation easy!

    Security Deposit $100.00 (fully refundable)

    $250 to book
    50% at least 2 months in advance
    100% at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Your $250 deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation at any time.
    Within 30 days prior to your reservation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
    Within 14 days prior to your reservation, the 100% deposit will be forfeited.
    The only exception to the above policy would be if we were able to re-rent the unit at list price.

  • Each bedroom is special in its own way! The master has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and an entry to the ocean-front balcony. The 'blue room' is serene with a bank of windows that overlooks the calm marsh and adjacent golf course. The 'daybed room' has two pedestal beds made to be comfortable if you just wish to retire and watch TV. Two windows give views of both the ocean and the marsh!

Notes: Our home at Brigadune is very suitable for elderly as it has much open space and there are no stairs by utilizing the elevators...it is just a short distance to the pool or beach with no steps involved. The inside doorways are not wheelchair accessible.

Our best family vacation , maybe ever!

With this being our family's first vacation to Myrtle Beach, we were set on having accomodations directly on the ocean and close to activities. A lot of research and time was spent looking for the "PERFECT" location.
Well, Leslie has it. The view... the balcony... the inlet... the pool...I could go on & on.
Having 3 boys (a 3 year old & 2 15 year olds) it sometimes proves dificult to please everyone. The older boys enjoyed skimboarding at the inlet during the day and hanging out at the Apache Pier at night. We were close to the NASCAR park, Broadway at the beach and any kind of food imaginable. The 4th floor was perfect for our little guy, not too high, but still offered mom & dad a spectacular view of the beach & ocean. We spent ALL day at either the beach or the pool and even went fishing in the channel a few times across the street. Little Logan caught more than 20 fish (I spent my time baiting the hook). During high tide, the fishing was also good at the inlet. I caught a few flounder & skate there.
What a way to wake up in the morning! Having the sunrise shining through the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen had all the ammenities needed and we didn't have to leave to do laundry.
Within a few hundred yards was an ice cream stand, a convenience market, a bar on the beach and a great burger restaurant.
Leslie was great to work with, very accomodating and friendly. She offered a few tips on getting around. We look forward to visiting Brigadune again for another "PERFECT" vacation.

Your condo is everything that my friends and I could have ask for. very spacious and open with all the ammentities that we were looking for. the condo is very clean and provided us with all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony was awsome, my friends and I spent alot of time enjoying the ocean,relaxing and cathcing up. We never laughed so hard.. It truly is a very special place.
We thank you for having such a place for 5 girls to get away and laugh, talk, eat and to truly relax.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We have stayed at the Brigadune many times before in other units, but this one was our favorite. The fourth floor location is perfect. Not too high, but still a perfect view of the beach from the wonderful, large balcony. The condo was well decorated and exactly as described (actually, better than described!). Leslie included many thoughtful extras throughout to make it seem like home. We enjoyed the books, games, and TVs in each room. Since we had perfect weather all week, we didn't even have time to enjoy the many DVDs that were provided. The facilities at the Brigadune (parking lot, tennis courts, pool, etc.) were well maintained. The beach was very wide and also uncrowded since there are no hotels directly behind the Brigadune. We had six people in our party, but there was more than enough room for eight. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

The condo was outstanding. The pictures on the internet no not do it justice, it is so much bigger and very very nice. We had a combination of people in our party. My self and husband and our 3 teenage boys, my niece (18), my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. We had more than enough room. Having the elevator was great for my mother-in-law, well all of us :). And what can I say about having ocean front, it doesn't get any better!

If you are looking for a 3 bedroom with lots of room, this is the condo for you. Leslie is great to work with and everything was great. We even did the linen service and no conplaints.

I can't say enough about this condo, we always stay on Shore Drive and this is one of very best condos we have stayed at.

Great Owner, Nice & Roomy, Spectacular Sunrise

Just returned from a four day stay at The Brigadune and had a too short but marvelous time. The condo is right on the shoreline and we spent a great deal of our time on the large balcony gazing at the ocean, reading, relaxing and chatting. My daughter and I made sure that we got up every morning early enough to catch the spectacular sunrises. We had a special treat one morning as a school of dolphins came swimming by.
The condo was well appointed, nice a roomy and perfect for our family of five adults. The wife and I had the master bedroom suite. My daughter and her husband had the back bedroom with the queensize four poster bed. Our son stayed in the third bedroom. It was nice for everyone to have their own space. Also, parking was easy and plentiful. The pool looked great but we went in February which was a bit too cool for swimming. The tennis courts looked great as well. We don't play and during our stay we did not see anyone else play either. So any tennis addicts could possibly get quite a few games in.
The condo was well stocked with everything from beach chairs to
paper towels. The washer and dryer also came in handy as my daughter was not very adept at eating an ice cream we had at Broadway On The Beach. The owner does a great job in anticipating her guest's needs and makes sure the place is well stocked
Leslie is a sheer joy to deal with. She is very caring, extremely thorough and made the whole booking process extremely easy. The wife and I really enjoyed our conversations with her over the phone - she is a real sweetheart.
We highly recommend staying there. We can't imagine anyone not enjoying the location, the condo and the vacation experience.
Also, if you do stay there keep an eye out for some of Leslie's original artwork strewn about. She's pretty good!
